@tsohost My reply on 13/11, regarding SSL certificate, still hasn't been answered.
Customers still can't connect to my website, at the busiest time of the year.
Support is ridiculous!

@tsohost I opened a support ticket TSR-616-18729 two weeks ago re. Domain connection. I've had no reply and still unable to make website accessible.
That's at least 3 weeks with no business via my website!
