Something positive to note about this Red Sox team right now is they are top 5 in MLB in DRS, as a team (+8) and top 10 in Fielding Run Value (+2) & OAA (+2) This is all while Ceddanne is struggling out of the gate defensively with a -4 DRS, which will surely change in due time

Remember: teams like the Dodgers, Yankees, and Rays all have huge/expanding scouting departments, while the Red Sox have dismantled theirs. If Breslow is allowed another trade deadline, which he is 2-2 in butchering, it'll be based on the input of, like, 3 people and a computer.
