The different between the ‘06 Oilers that went to the finals vs the ‘24 & ‘25 teams that went to finals…heart. The ‘06 team deserved it. They worked their butts off and didn’t rely on skill alone to win games.

The Avs are the deepest team in the league. 100% Makar is a difference maker you cannot replace. But to say a series rides on one person is ridiculous. Avs beat themselves in both games. Even with Makar out, Avs should be able to win games with the depth they have.
