@IamEliRacks This is the part of the fanbase that drives me crazy. You can give the guy what he wants but if he doesn't want to play for you there's nothing you can do.

This is why the fans are hurt. We know what he's capable of. We know he could be a Hall of Famer. The problem is he wanted out, when we needed him the most to lead our players with the new coaching staff, but he turned his back on us because it got tough.
Dexter can be a gold Jacket guy imo. but he will forever be a quitter in most Giants fans' eyes.

Mark my words—@agentdexy97 will be All-Pro again and a future Hall of Famer. The same “fans” talking now will be the first ones asking why we let him go. The grass isn’t always greener—I’ve said that from the start. We got so used to watching him get double- and triple-teamed every snap, freeing up everyone else, that people forgot what he truly brings. That kind of presence doesn’t just get replaced—this leaves a massive hole. Draft picks are potential—not guarantees. We’ve seen elite college talent fail to translate before (Banks, Neal). That’s reality. And honestly, it’s disappointing to see parts of this fan base turn like this. This is a bad, sad day for Giants Nation. I wish Dex nothing but success.
