This UPS Delivery woman has a gripe. She was delivering near a construction zone. As you can probably guess, she gets out of the truck and the construction men nearby start hooting and hollering. One guy yells “Hey UPS! Hey Beautiful!” And another guy yells “Hey UPS, I have a package over here!” 🙄 She says it happens all the time. Someone said she should have yelled back “Call USPS, they specialize in small packages!”😂 Others said she should be grateful for the compliments, respect the hustle and stop griping. Do you think it’s part of the job and being attractive? Is it okay? Has this ever happened to you while you were working? No harm no foul? Or, do you think those men are way out of line and need to grow up?

I know it sounds like over kill. And I forgot to add daily stretching. But regular strength training including squats and deadlifts will make your body last longer and you will have way less chance for injury in a labor intensive job. Strength training is controlled. Timed rest periods between sets. A high labor intensive job is repetitive wear and tear. The only way to prevent chronic injury is strength training, stretching, good diet, and maximum hydration. And a good night rest. I live it bro.

@Justinkpc69 @TONYxTWO Recommending strenght training to people who do physical labor is wild. Usually laborers destroy gym people when it comes to grip strength. And stupid ego lifting slop like squats and deadlifts is the last thing a workers back needs.
