This means that the cash out fees will be from your dividend therefore you will get less of that K20000 because the agent will deduct the cash out fees. Therefore this is not for everyone using Airtel Money but shareholders of Airtel receiving dividend through Airtel Money.

So, let us say this year your dividend is K20000, Airtel was sending that together with cash out fees (yodulira) of K920 so that you get your whole K20000 when you cash out that money. This communication is saying with immediate effect, no more yodulira (cash out fees).
