I have just started Emerald and am already in love with it, everything is so much faster than Soul Silver and the New 2DS XL runs it so smoothly. Very excited for this play through as I won’t feel like I’m waiting through text screens and slow battle animations too much 💯

I’d recommend not doing this update, it will literally make your 3DS a brick as you will never be able to mod it. And yes, I get it, modding is bad but when they shut the store down and there’s no way to buy games except paying $400 on eBay, there’s no real option left.
