AI has been a dream come true for my ADHD brain. I can learn, plan and have it execute 5 projects at once while I learn how to speak in front of a camera and record videos daily. 🤣

Two weeks ago I got my first customer. Yesterday I just hit $76 MRR. I kept thinking this idea isn't strong enough, but there are people paying for my research and validation software that AI, Google, or Perplexity alone cannot achieve. Guess I should keep going.

How I grew to 100 users in two months: 1. Searched for founders (my ICP) looking for their first users on Reddit 2. DM them with my app and what it does 3. Watch the sign ups grow

@starter_story My take is to focus on one since it's my first, learn the ropes of distribution, getting to 100 users (I just hit 99), then beginning to scale. Once it's off the ground and I know how to grow from zero, I'll start looking for other ideas.

You have two options: 1. Work on one business for many years, OR 2. Work on various small bets and diversify. Which one do you think is better?

Holy shit. 6 weeks after launch and I'm at 99 signups. Who wants to be user number 100?

Most indie founders think user acquisition starts after launch. The reality is reading demand signals in niche forums before you build is what sets winners apart.

The "talk to customers" advice is not the problem. The problem is nobody tells you how to find them before you have any.

Just launched my first SaaS. Last week I got my first customer on Reddit. This week I got five more, and automated the process. 100 cold Reddit DMs. 27% click rate. The pipeline I built sent every single one. I didn't touch a DM.

@hrprtsingh9 I used my product to find my leads. It finds people already talking about the pain points your product solves. Saves me time from scrolling or searching manually for hours.

I'm a first-time founder. I built a SaaS and got my first paying customer about 6 weeks after writing the first line of code. No audience. No email list. No following. Still working a full-time job.
