AND friends I know who have the same phone deal have received their code after 1 or 2 calls, and I'm still waiting after calling 6 times. Also fully aware that the codes are due to become invalid by end of Nov.

Also how is it my problem if @O2 are having issues with @SamsungUK? Why is that the excuse?? I bought the phone based on what was advertised and now both companies are not fulfilling their part of the deal. Their issues with each other should not be a customer facing problem.

I cannot believe how awful the @O2 service I am getting has been. I got a phone deal with a code I was meant to get after 30 days to claim my earbuds . I haven't received it, even after calling SIX TIMES. What a fucking farce. False advertising and shit service.
