Daily reminder that generative AI will never replace real humans. Please keep talking about this issue, and keep talking about other issues as well… talk about the racism and the way netease has been handling this tournament so far.

It's genuinely disheartening to see the use of AI recently in idv contents. For years i've took alot of inspiration from this game beautiful human made creations, and to see them suddenly turn around to use AI is a big dissapointment. I hope something can be changed for this.

im legitimately saying this as a whole community: kidnap the characters, they do not deserve to fall with the company who uses genAI for their work

It would be really helpful if everyone instead of just cracking jokes could actually email Netease/Jostu, reply on socials, etc. and put pressure on them to stop their use of AI

i sure hope it changes. i wont stop creating (josvic is lowk 1000% hcs taken out of my ass anyway) but i dont want to support something that goes against what i believe .instead meet my new ocs uhhhh their names are umm jonathan and vincent

I've never really enjoyed or focused on a game as long as I have for idv, let alone enjoy characters as much as I enjoy my main 4.. The ai use and continuous whitewashing really puts a bad taste in my mouth. Idv could be a really lovely game if NE would actually-
