The only way out of this gun control crisis is widespread non-compliance.

@sola_chad Before I do that, would you admit that if it is happening it would be wrong? I'm tired of "It's not happening and it's good that it's happening"

@sola_chad Its legal to abort until birth for any reason in every state in the Union, provided its the mother who does it. Thanks to pro-life laws, mothers have blanket immunity. A mother could publicly self abort in front of the attorney General and not face any legal consequences at all

This baby was born at 34 weeks. Still legal to abort in over ten states (including D.C.). Jeremiah 1:5 - “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you…” Made in the Image of God. No child should be aborted

@KristanHawkins Sounds great. Thanks to freedom of religion that just means anyone who doesn’t want an abortion can continue to not get abortions and anyone who would like an abortion can get one!

Hot take:   Being pro-life isn’t political.   It’s Biblical.  It’s basic biology.  You don’t have to guess where God stands on the value of human Life.  Every biology textbook is on our side too.

@ladiiiiiiiiii11 @secularprolife You're saying they are killing their baby on accident? That's not what I get from the majority of pre-abortive and post-abortive mothers i speak to. What would justify taking an innocent human life?

Yes, there are multiple places in the U.S. where it is legal to abort healthy, viable fetuses carried by healthy women with no medical emergency present. And people do it. "It's none of my business" is cop-out cowardice. Stand up.

@ladiiiiiiiiii11 @secularprolife Pro-life laws in some states made it illegal for doctors to abort babies, but the same mother could self abort in front of the Surgeon General in any state and face no legal repercussions at all. Are you admitting it should be illegal to abort at 38 weeks?

@K1ngFalcon @secularprolife Stephan, you literally cannot walk into an abortion clinic at 38 weeks and say “abort it” there are safe guards in place, and permission needed, even in the “full term” states, the baby is considered full term at that point.

@K1ngFalcon @secularprolife You’re debating morality. I’m talking reality. Women don’t spend 8 months pregnant, go through all of that, and then suddenly decide they don’t want a baby for fun.

@KristanHawkins But you admit they are informed that the pill will kill the baby inside her? You're more concerned with side effects than you are that the baby is being willfully killed? Murder should never be safe for the murderer.

The abortion industry keeps insisting that women are fully informed before taking Chemical Abortion Pills. Then why does a new study find that so many women wish they had been told more about the bleeding, pain, emotional effects, and complications they experienced? The abortion lobby is so obsessed with expanding abortion access that it treats women's concerns as a secondary issue in an attempt to kill as many babies as possible. @LifeNewsHQ Answer: because Pro-Life orgs give them immunity in the laws while fighting against bills of equal protection that would give these preborn human rights. We shall abolish abortion to the Glory of the Almighty God

@TXAlliance4Life Respectful questions in a shared public space while walking out of a room where your organization had just advocated for special murder rights is harassment? The most important part of this “incident” was Nathan calling you to repentance and faith in Christ. Heed his warning.

@KristanHawkins @StudentsforLife In 50+ years of 'changing hearts', the Pro-life orgs had only convinced.... 46%. Now that the abolition movement is showing how ineffective you have been to the point of litterally fighting bills of equal justice, you want to claim the win. The only thing rising is Abolishionism

This is HUGE. According to Gallup, the percentage of Americans who say abortion is morally acceptable has dropped from 54% in 2024 to 49% today. That's a cultural shift happening in real time. I am not surprised, though. This is the result of our hard work at @studentsforlife and our 1700+ student groups nationwide. We've seen it at the National Pro-Life March and our National Pro-Life Summit, where the crowds keep growing and getting younger. We've seen it in the millions of conversations the Pro-Life Generation has had with their peers about the humanity of the preborn. Young people are rejecting the lies of the abortion industry and embracing the truth that every human life has value. I'm incredibly proud of the work being done by Students for Life and Students for Life Action to build a culture where abortion becomes not just illegal, but unthinkable. Keep going. Hearts are changing. Minds are changing. And the culture is changing too! Read the full article at the link in the comments.

@JenOliverQC You worship a different God, a different Jesus, have a different scripture, have a different path to salvation, which itself is different, (you can't become a god) You reject wide swaths of both the Apostles Creed and the Nicene creed, and yet you still think youre Christian?

@frfrankpavone The fact that the Pro-life movement is actively fighting legislation to abolish abortion, because they want special murder rights for mothers. God is the enemy of injustice, and therefore the enemy of the Pro-Life movement. Abortion shall be abolished to the Gloy of God

@TXAlliance4Life This position is incoherent and morally bankrupt. How could any honest person hold both that 1) abortion is murder 2) those that do it should have blanket immunity from murder laws Equal justice for the murdered is the sane, coherent, moral, and Godly position. #Notavictim

The abolitionists believe criminalizing women is the silver bullet to ending abortion. They call it equal protection. Most people have no idea that in Texas, equal protection under this framework means a woman who has an abortion could face life in prison or the death penalty. The practical consequences are also serious. Criminalizing women shields abortion providers. To prosecute providers effectively, mothers must have immunity to testify. Targeting providers stops abortions at the source. Targeting women leaves the industry intact.

@TXAlliance4Life The mothers are almost always the abortionist. They order the pill. They take the pill. They do this because they know the pill will kill their child.

Under the Abolitionists' equal protection framework, no pro-life laws have ever been passed. Their supporters are on record opposing the Human Life Protection Act, and HB 7, which protect life in Texas today. The Human Life Protection Act forced all abortion providers to cease performing abortions or face steep penalties — up to 99 years in prison, $100,000 in civil penalties, and loss of medical license. HB 7 provides another means to hold illegal chemical abortion drug traffickers accountable. Consider what the Abolitionists' approach would mean for Texas today if they had succeeded in their opposition to our pro-life laws: every surgical or chemical abortion provider would still be operating on Texas soil. Planned Parenthood would still be performing abortions. This Houston Planned Parenthood facility would still be open for business, taking innocent unborn lives. The baby recently aborted because he had Down Syndrome — that 21-week abortion would have been legal in Texas, where it is not today. And we would have no laws to hold illegal abortion providers or abusive partners who force abortion drugs on women accountable. Illegal abortion drugs funneling into Texas from out of state, circumventing our laws are a problem. The answer is not punishing the women that the out-of-state providers prey on. The answer is federal action to shut down their pipeline, such as through enforcing the Comstock Act, or by the FDA removing the mail-order mifepristone option, in order to protect Texas babies, and respect the will of our state.

We should pursue equal justice, even if that leads to disparate racial outcomes. The job of government is equal justice, not equal outcomes. One standard for everyone, and leave it to people groups to rise to that standard. This is American Conservatism 101
