@chilternrailway not impressed with the lack of communication today trying to get from Marylebone to Solihull!😤 the very least you could have done is let us know! Thankfully we checked and knew to go from Euston but the extra £15pp to change providers is unfair!

If so this increases the workload of TAs and means that our children have less time with a teacher

@lisa15249717 My thoughts exactly! Children set up to fail in a cycle of negativity, the school isn’t learning from crisis there’s no reflection. Huge lack of praise and no space/time for children to fully recover. And don’t get me started on the £10! #chooseyourbattles
