Summer training has started

Knowing your athletes motor preference is a huge unlock for understanding what to feel in your delivery. It will allow you to give the proper cues on where to feel the most stability and allow the athlete to move more efficiently.

First off every pitcher is different... your set position should be comfortable.. but you have to be able to shift weight forward while staying athletic. We see tons of guys who have to shift weight back before they go forward. This causes instability in the lower half
