Japan and cheese fascinate me. From my understanding they have very little cheese culture because, until the modern era, they really didn't make or eat cheese. All this is to say, when they come for BBQ, give 'em a taste of your favorite aged cheddar or a nice crumble of wenslydale with their apple pie. 😉
