@ahmedalokailyy @JustEsBaraheni I don’t know I just think it would decentivize tanking and make it so you could win AND get good picks, you could also lose AND get bad picks. It would incentivize every team fielding their best team always

Abolishing the draft is probably the way to go, but they’ll never do that. My pitch is to completely flatten out the odds. All lottery teams get the same chance at the #1 pick.

@ahmedalokailyy @JustEsBaraheni You incentivize having a good front office that makes sensible trades and it punishes missing on picks. My more extreme version is that all 30 teams have the same odds no matter what. Thats the best solution in my opinion.

@JustEsBaraheni You flatten the odds, how do you want these young rebuilding teams to develop if they keep picking outside the top 8 for example. Small market teams only way is thru building thru the draft
