I don’t have time to do a comms course as well! It was done at 10pm at night in the little spare time I have. Feel free to offer your expertise please!

The saga continues with @LGUKCare @LGUK - 26/9/24 freezer broke! Not enough characters to explain the whole saga but I have had to buy a new one and still not received a refund!! Now the courier has lost the returned unit .. delay after delay! Shocking service and comms!

Reported faulty fridge freezer on 26th Sept with @LGUKCare @LGUK @LGUS @LG after a failed exchange on 26th Nov (2 months later) I am now still waiting on collection of unit and refund. Keep getting told timescales and then they change the process and the timings @BBCWatchdog
