Over 400 Kansas Citians rounded the bases at the @KC_UYA yesterday to receive their first COVID-19 vaccine to kick off a series of pre-registered vaccination days hosted at the facility. 💪 #TogetherRoyal

Long time NLBM partners, @HyVee will be hosting a weekly community vaccination clinic for residents of the 18th & Vine District community, at the @NLBMuseumKC. The vaccines will be available those eligible under MO Phase 1B, Tier 2 and Tier 3, and all essential workers.

Leon Day is considered to be one of the best pitchers & versatile athletes to play in the Negro Leagues. In 1937, he collected his best season with the Newark Eagles when he finished with a 13-0 record and a batting average over .300. #NegroLeaguesSpotlight #BlackHistoryMonth
