@StubHub you sold me fraudulent tickets and when I asked to speak to a support manager or customer relations rep your support not only became aggressive but also hung up on me when they stated they could not escalate and I could only get a callback in 24 hrs. That was 2 days ago

You continue to move fraudulent by stating that I refused replacement tickets that were comparable when does 3rd deck tickets become comparable to first tier tickets and now are stating you may not refund. And where’s my callback it’s past 24 hours.

Short and simple stubhub support stated they are not ticket sellers and provide no guarantees as they are just a marketplace

Support also terminated the call mid conversation. I asked for transcript of support call and was sent a link to their privacy policy. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no one higher I could talk to while I had two support reps represent as false leaders

Had planned a whole trip to see @tameimpala in ATL tonight had my guaranteed tickets from @StubHub invalidated and told by stubhub support that they do not provide any purchase guarantee. Asked to speak to a leadership member to be told that stubhub support cannot escalate calls

@stubhub support just hung up on me after stating they don’t guarantee tickets and they don’t sell tickets. I asked to speak to support leader to find out why my @tameimpala tickets didn’t work and got that as the response.

@mervejm Stubhub support just stated they are not ticket sellers and cannot guarantee tickets on their marketplace
