@vpmcdonnell Claire Grogan still sounds exactly the same as she did - she was on gone fishing. Could be wrong but didn’t sound like her distinctive voice
@DerekTheWeather It was so lovely to meet you yesterday at Paddington Station. Sorry if I sounded demented when I approached you! I really do love Weatherman Walking! Hope you had a lovely weekend
@Beathhigh I’ve literally just found out you have a new Rebus book out! Bought last one on Princes Street Nov 23 while I was visiting. It’ll be Waterstones Cardiff tomorrow - as luck happens I’m going into town or it would be online. Just reading a sample on kindle to get into it
What are we thinking of the Paris opening ceremony so far? Harder in the ran for sure. Which is a real shame. More spectators I guess can watch. London still the best I’ve seen thou ..
@darrengrimes They’re not our prince and princess. The titles should have been retired when Charles took the throne. How about prince and princess of England?
@Beathhigh I’m reluctant to be honest. Have all the books (currently gone back to the start), love Edinburgh, but Ken stott was THE Rebus. Did you write these? Could be swayed. Are they a re-boot? Siobhan didn’t originally come into it till the black book
@PaulAspinall5@BBCRadio2@mrmichaelball Agreed! He likes the sound of his voice too much and people ringing in is boring. Voice notes being read out were much better. It’s not about the music any more
@MuscleYoda We used to love Sunday love songs in our house. Ruined it now. Especially with people ringing in with their stories. We don’t care! Voice notes read out were better. He’s too luvvy and jokey for the slot
