This is how the back cover of #TheReckoning (2023) reads: "In The Reckoning, Kara Dansky, a radical feminist and lifelong Democrat, exposes the invasion by men into female-only spaces, the harming of children, and the silencing, punishment, cancellation and even violence against women who speak out. Meanwhile, the Democratic Party, which claims to represent the interests of women, ignores the problem, while its allies in the organized Left and mainstream media paint all opposition to the “trans” agenda as “right wing.” But radical feminists are not “right wing.” They are leftists who know that sex is real and are not afraid to demand women’s hard-won rights to safe spaces and privacy. The Democrat-Left wing establishment knows all the ways in which “gender identity” harms women and girls—and plenty of boys. Yet they are sacrificing women and children to a vicious profit-driven industry that allows men to invade women’s spaces and sports, denies that sex is real, and slices up children’s bodies. Now the Democrats are facing a reckoning. Detransitioners are starting to speak out, clinicians are blowing the whistle, and women and girls, including many lesbians, have had it. Even now, the tide of common sense and decency is starting to turn in other countries that have banned harmful medical and surgical procedures for underage children and a handful of Democrats are bucking the trend at the state level. Elected Democrats will later claim they didn’t know, that they couldn’t have known, that the science has changed. But they knew. They have known all along. This book provides the evidence."

I wrote about the US House passing a bill requiring schools to obtain parental consent before transing a kid, with eight Democrats in support. Link ⬇️ (paywall, but lots above it).

@agitadora60 @Terfs_R They're lying. They're not afraid of using a men's bathroom at all. Pretending they'll be raped is part of the fetish. And many of them have several fetishes, including one for listening to women pee

Wiener deserves nothing less than to have his political career end in flames. May he be remembered as “that guy in the harness who kept passing all the pro-child-trafficking bills.”
WomenAreReal@WomenAreReals

Plot twist for Scott Wiener: Nancy Pelosi isn’t backing him, and plenty of gay people oppose his creepy, extreme legislation too. @thepearjoseph says what too many California Democrats are afraid to say out loud, but know is true. Protect women. Protect kids. Vote @MHurabiell

@KDansky In 2020 I asked my therapist at Jewish Family Services why laws were changing to allow men to claim they are now women. She replied "some men are now women". I instantly told her some therapists are now liars! She cried & retired. Your book 'The Reckoning' helped me so much!

My TERF origin story: I was chatting with a friend, who told me that everything related to "trans" is anti-woman. She said, "Think about it, Kara, it's like the ultimate penetration of our bodies by men." That was it. I was done. It was 2014.

My terf origin story: I was on a miscarriage support message board. A poster admonished me for not being inclusive. I assumed they meant because a fetus has a mother & a father. No, I was not being inclusive because I didn't acknowledge that men & those who IDd as non-binary could be pregnant too. Boom, I'm a terf.

My TERF origin story: multi-part… Day 1 of a new job, I was called into HR for saying, “I have the sense of humor of a 14 year old boy” in response to a joke told by a colleague. Mind you, the colleague was not reprimanded for the joke. “HR” was a TIP. Same job, a couple months later, I said the unthinkable as part of a convo about upcoming video games (my coworkers were openly insulting @jk_rowling) and I had the audacity to say “I don’t think she’s transphobic.” This began a year-long campaign of abuse against me by a subordinate coworker* who was supported by management. *the coworker’s GF was also a TIP and she had previously gotten others fired for accidental “misgendering.” This was 2019 and I’m embarrassed to say how late to the game I was.

🚨The Massachusetts Department of Corrections is HIDING a violent male inmate they have housed in a women’s prison. Three months ago, Reduxx became aware of a violent male inmate being housed in Massachusetts' only women's prison. In an effort to shine light on this case, we reached out the state's Department of Corrections to obtain basic, non-confidential information associated with the inmate. The Department of Corrections refused to provide the information, claiming that even a standard inmate file photo was a violation of the inmate's privacy. Corresponding with Reduxx, a Department official argued that "photographs of a transgender individual contain intimate details of a highly personal nature, the disclosure of which may constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy." We then filed an appeal with state authorities. On April 2, the Massachusetts Supervisor of Records determined that our request was lawful and that the information was in the public domain. The Department of Corrections refused once again. On May 1, the Supervisor of Records rejected the Department's arguments, and ORDERED the Department to provide us with the information we had requested by May 15. The Department of Corrections has repeatedly refused to comply with the order and has now gone radio silent. Reduxx is an independent news source focused on exposing the impact of gender ideology on women and children. Since 2022, we have broken dozens of stories related to trans-identified males being housed in women's prisons across the United States. We remain committed to our readers, and call upon @MACorrections to fulfill their legal obligation to public transparency and comply with the order. cc: @DMAnews1

@WomenAreReals I thought you were already a full-fledged TERF by the time of the trial, but you're saying the trial helped peak you?

My terf origin story: I was listening to a philosophy podcast in 2017 about the Hypatia Controversy and I realized it was all bullshit. Men can’t be women. After a little bit of research, I realized how harmful it was to women & girls. Then I attended the Dana Rivers trial.

Happened to be in DC advocating for women’s rights during the annual motorcycle lobby day. Yesterday I was sharing the hallways with ~300 guys and gals in leather jackets & biker patches. They all knew what a woman is and support our work. I was able to tell a few of them about Dana Rivers, a notorious trans-identified man who violently killed two lesbians and their son in Oakland, CA stabbing one woman over 40 times, 26 times in the face. A lessor known fact was that Rivers was part of a women-only motorcycle club and that he donned the leather jacket of one of the woman he killed before lighting the house on fire. Rivers is currently housed in a California women’s prison.
