@BarFida38586558 That is Yin magic. That is why it works like that. What is inconsistent about that? The magic is used to separate things. At a small level, it separates small things like vision and body. At a larger level, it separates you from the world and reality. That is consistent

@Wahoo6692 His decisions depend on his past life, his flaws, and how he views the world like an isekai MC. That's why his relationships become strained and he dies multiple times because of that. His past is very crucial. He overcomes that, which is exactly why has so many people around him

@Wahoo6692 RBD isn't a blessing, it's a curse. His mind shatters, relationships warp, and he carries knowledge he can't share that isolate him completely. Subaru himself is the stake he can be trapped in an infinite loop, or he can run away and let everyone else die.

@KEN21194 Now u might be like one of those other RZ fan who told me."he dont know if next time he die, he will die for real". Well, neither do the fans, but what we do know is his RBD probably will save him. So between MT which is most likely dead vs. RBD which keeps u alive... easy choice

@Wahoo6692 RBD doesn't remove the stakes it changes them. Subaru can't reveal rbd, can lose trust and relationships, and he isn't strong or smart enough to solve everything by himself. The stakes isn't whether he and other die, but whether he can find a solution and save everyone(Rem loss)

@Wahoo6692 Subaru is not the only one fighting in that. The difference is that rz combines strategy, planning, information gathering, and actual combat. Unlike series such as death note where the conflict is almost entirely intellectual, rz has characters physically fighting.

@Wahoo6692 Fight involve stretegy, planning and etc stuff not just action sequences, Subaru use planning and stretegy for fighting while his other characters on action, subaru drives the story by gathering information, making plans, and using strategy to defeat his enemies.

Power system is diff, it is defined by the ability to solve conflict with powers is directly proportional to how well the reader understands said power system. On that basis,rz takes it

Most of the fights for Rezero are someone else beside the MC. Magic System (its a system because its described and structured like a system, with levels and layers, and categorization) which MT does much better. We dont see Zero premise until much later.

@BarFida38586558 Mt PS is more structured but rz PS is more narratively unpredictable and used as a psychological mirror to characters, Magic and Authority in rz has its limitations and example Regulus greed authority that gave him invincibility that manifestation of his insecurity and paranoia.
