Btw it's bad enough that reaching someone in customer service is so far impossible but having to download X purely because I also can't find anywhere to lodge a complaint is just adding insult to injury

Need a recovery key for my laptop but because I changed my phone number 6 MONTHS AGO I've been locked out of my account until mid Feb (back at uni today) trying to get in touch with ANYONE at @Microsoft but stuck in an endless loop of customer service pages - terrible system
