Women are not just recipients of healthcare. They are experts in their own lives. From pregnancy to chronic illness, women make health decisions every day—long before reaching a facility. Health systems must not only serve women, but listen to them. #WhatWomenWant

Women living with HIV are six times more likely to develop cervical cancer. A strong immune system slows disease progression, but for HIV-positive women, cervical pre-cancer can advance more quickly. Regular screening saves lives. #HIVAwareness  #CervicalCancerRisk #WomensHealth

National Vaccines & Immunization Program Kenya
Cervical cancer is not just a medical diagnosis, it disrupts families and communities. Treatment costs drain households, income is lost, and lives are put on hold. In Kenya, this is the reality for over 6,000 women diagnosed every year and for the families of more than 3,600 women who don't survive. Early HPV vaccination in girls and regular screening for women can change this story.
