最近是什么风开始吹地主了，连续看到好多个——老毛的土改冤假错案太多手段还残忍，这是老毛的错——但不代表真的大地主阶级值得骄傲。 说句暴论：吹地主这帮人，不论是站什么立场，其历史、政治、社会、经济学认知均不足以支撑其键政。 先说历史事实，东亚三国在经济腾飞前都经历过土改，麦克阿瑟在日本也搞，蒋中正在台湾也搞（最成功的土改之一）。 真实的大地主本就是工业发展的障碍——耕者有其田，是进入工业社会，和民主社会前必要的资源再分配，以建立有机健康的消费/生产者群体和自由选民基础。 东亚各国，20世纪前叶乱世的土地兼并，既混乱，又大量缺乏正当性，尤其是经过战乱时期——绝大多数属于非生产性寻租——说人话就是：地方豪强利用赋税转嫁强行破产小农，利用军阀或日军武装强占耕地，利用灾荒和战争进行高利贷进行兼并——十之八九不过分我只能说。 这种兼并具有极强的负外部性——当土地兼并超过临界点，摧毁自耕农阶层，社会运行成本将超过土地产出的总和，无一例外会造成系统性崩溃。 当然靠勤奋的小地主确实不少但也不是全部，而但凡大点的地主十个有九个半都是不义之财，并且严重阻碍/绑架了经济/人力和固化了社会阶层。 这也是为什么美国也按着日本的头搞了土改（那些说美国尊重私产的可以省省了，亚洲土地兼并的严重性和非正义性，美国都看不下去） fwiw美国在菲律宾也搞土改（失败了，导致的土地问题遗留的社会顽疾也是肉眼可见）。 如果你是单纯因为土改被老共枪毙了太爷爷，那我替你哀悼，和谴责老共。 但如果你是觉得老共阻碍了你继承祖产，那我觉得你哪凉快哪呆着去。 那些以为自己是地主后代就能坐享其成的，说句难听的，即便没有土改，先去数数你有几个大爷爷二爷爷三爷爷，还有多少叔叔伯伯舅舅，算算到你这代还能分到几个子。
