@waitrose My delivery on Saturday failed to materialize. According to my account, delivery was made successfully. I didn’t receive it. I sent an email, which was replied to yesterday. I was expecting a proper reply this morning. Case number 18064591.

@MandSBank hi, I’ve been trying to apply for an M&S credit card to avail of 24 months % interest. I went through the MSE system and was told that I was eligible. In spite of trying several times it fell over as it would not accept my (correct) mother’s maiden name.

@maxmara I phoned 0800 111 4431. The young woman there was inexperienced in customer service. No one more senior available when I called.

Still waiting for a response. Time was then Max Mara was considered a reputable brand. Having a rethink after 30 years of buying Max Mara.

@maxmara really appalled by Max Mara’s Returns Service. I’ve been a customer of Max Mara for decades and I’m horrified by the service I’m currently enduring. Can you put clearly on your online sales that it is ESSENTIAL to have a printer to avail of your returns service.
