@KyleSouthall1 @NATA1950 My follow up question would be, why doesn’t the AT have a say in the salary? The current job market would indicate that the AT has seat at the table to negotiate pay and benefits (certainly geographical area may be different)

@KyleSouthall1 @NATA1950 Thank you, I fall in the yes as well but with a full appreciation that I don’t always control the job posting…I have no intent to alienate the AT, this is a policy issue between employer and the primary posting platform for the profession.

PSA - new ATs, you are interviewing the employer just as much (if not more)…AT jobs have historically low applicants, giving the AT unprecedented power to negotiate, push the envelope get the pay you deserve and are worth!
