@DelhiJalBoard I have done payment of my Djb bill. But it was not reflected in the next bill and I have to pay the bill twice.. raised grievance twice but it was closed saying it is not related to revenue or billing. I sent mail to Zro but no response.. finally i assumed mera paisa loot liya.

@DelhiJalBoard I have paid the bill online but it was not updated in your records. I have raised the grievance for the same but same were closed without any resolution. Could you please resolve my issue.

@whirlpool_india Pathetic service standard.. I would say third class service. I have raised a complaint on 11th Oct, paid the requested amount, but the issue is not resolved yet. Daily basis raising the issue with customer care but no solution.

@oneassist_in Thanks for contacting me.. my issue has been resolved.. however just a quick feedback.. pls do keep an option on your ivr to connect with a service agent. It would be easy for customers like me to connect easily in case of help needed.
