From my observation Poland's biggest problem is their women, they're probably the most socially left and self hating of all of Europe. But their men are still mostly Nationalist and based.

Najprościej jak się da: 1. Kto będzie objęty opłatą reprograficzną? Korporacje. 2. Kto nie będzie? Obywatele. Odbiorcy kultury. 3. To pieniądze, jakie już dawno powinny były trafiać na konta polskich twórców za kopiowanie ich pracy. To nie jest nowe prawo, tylko aktualizacja przepisów sprzed ponad dwudziestu lat. Podobne regulacje w innych krajach Europy nie miały negatywnego wpływu na ceny urządzeń. To naprawdę nie jest trudne do zrozumienia - wystarczy odrzucić mity i poruszać się w świecie faktów.
