In 2002 drought my 1880’s senior right had water from May 1 to Aug 1, 3 months. Probably the same or worse this year. Meanwhile @CAPArizona and @IIDatWork got a standard 9+ MAF release from Mead and irrigated 12 months. Didn’t even know what “drought” meant. Entitled.
