What matters more for a community long term: Structure or energy?

They work together. I would say it’s kinda hard to have one without the other. Consistent structure provides the framework for which a community can set clear goals and build foundations with a purpose, the energy is driven by an understanding of those goals and having the passion to see them come to fruition. A community thrives when people understand their part in it and they can feel like they contribute and are a part of it. All of that is built on trust which takes time and energy to build. 🫶🏻✨
