Luggage has been lost for 3 days, their baggage "support" number automatically hangs up on all callers, WhatsApp "support" can't find any information, Twitter "support" punts to WhatsApp support, 888 number gives a different answer every time. Useless.

@KLM @KLM_UK @KLM_US your lost baggage service is horrible. All "support" lines end in disconnect, and we are without ANY clothes for our trip to Austria. We need our bag delivered now.
