During the day after school I open my window to allow light into my room without using my ceiling light. This helps conserve energy and lower the monthly price of our energy bill! @franklinlorax#apesenergy

These 2 lovely plants are grouped together when it comes to soil! :) Both do not like standing water so permeable soil is best. We treat both plants with a bit of miracle growth as well (a 15-30-15 fertilizer) #apesland@franklinlorax
These trees behind my forest are very important for the environment! If they were to be chopped down using the clear cutting method, we would see more erosion in our backyard and there would be less oxygen admitted into the atmosphere. @franklinlorax#apesland
Remember 7 months ago when we were all fighting over toilet paper. Kinda reminded of the tragedy of the commons. People would stock up 20 packages of toilet paper for it to end up out of stock. #apespop@franklinlorax

the Ogallala Aquifer, has tones of floating garbage that includes lots of plastics. Throwing away plastic bottles like these, can end up in our oceans, and make it harder for organisms to live. Animals can choke and get tangled. #apeswater@franklinlorax#Recycle
One way that we can help be healthy and safe for the environment is by using reusable water bottles rather than plastic ones that end up in our garbage patches! #APESwater@franklinlorax
