@NHAI_Official : 1033 is really a shit number. When i called,the executive is not listening and he is telling me to wait till tomorrow 11 AM and i know till tomorrow nothing is going to happen. The executives don’t have time to listen and they have cut the call directly.

@NHAI_Official : I have bought Annual Pass for my Vehicle. Money got deducted. But Annual pass is not yet activated. It’s been already 24 hours. Can you please expedite this.

@NHAI_Official @NHAI_Official: Your system Rajmargyatra is up for deducting the money but to allot/activate pass for a user you are saying there is some technical issue and will be fixed tomorrow. How many days you are going to day the same to customers?This is not at all correct and acceptable

@NHAI_Official : its been 48 hours and my pass is still not got activated. When i have dialled in 1033. After 15 minutes it got connected and they are asking me to wait till 3 AM morning. I have been told the dame since 2 days.

@UC_Assist : Fake promises from Urban Company. Not to trust. Fooling customers in the form of Native water purifier. They are expecting people to drink even if TDS is 10. It’s been just 6 months i bought my purifier. Iam seeing taste in my water. @WHO @MoHFW_INDIA

If i book paid service you are providing. Are you worried about money or customer problems. I would like to proceed legally now.

@WHO : Can you tell me please if TdS of water 10 is drinkable. I have a baby of 15 months old in my home. I was told by @_urbancompany that as per WHO guidelines that water is drinkable. I have clearly mentioned at home we are not able to drink the water. They are convincing us.

@TVSCredit What escalation have you done i want to understand. 😡😡I don’t know whats happening a person calls me and ask for details. I have provided all the relevant details. last 2 hours iam getting calls from Same number. (+91 80-65834595). There are many more numbers starts with 8065
