This is obvious when you see the beauty of @SStricklandMMA when he opened up to @TheoVon on his podcast. He had a moment. He needed a moment. Someone sat with him. They had a moment. It can happen in therapy or with a trusted friend but speaking with someone who can handle the pain and discomfort is a way to allow for catharsis. Just my two cents.

I grew up pre-internet. Many summers as a kid all you had left to do was lay outside and stare at the clouds. You can only ride bikes for so long and the parents said stay outside until dinner. I know what clouds look like. These abominations in the sky are something else.
