I don’t think everyone needs to become an entrepreneur. But I do think everyone should become a little harder to replace. Especially now. AI is changing work. Companies restructure. Clients leave. Markets move faster than expected. So my current thinking is simple: Keep earning money. But build skills that are not locked inside one job. Write better. Learn AI. Explain clearly. Build small things. Share what you learn. Create proof in public. Not to escape life. To have more options inside it.
