Amorim outers are just the “I don’t understand the 3 at the back” crowds in disguise of standards. He’s the only manager in decades who actually arrived at United with a clear footballing principles and identity and you’re comparing that to a failed former Middlesbrough manager or with Roselyn who clearly took the jump he wasn’t ready for and got crushed by the weight. You all aren’t worried about the system exactly, you were just scared of a change.

@utdAdams United were out of the league by December that season. Even when they had that very impressive run of beating Chelsea Liverpool City and Arsenal in Feb-April they werent a threat to City. I think that’s why it was considered a disaster (our expectations were higher at the time).

What’s always been crazy to me is that Mourinho matched Leicester’s league winning points tally 2 seasons later (the best points tally we’ve achieved post Fergie) and it was not only seen as a disaster amongst the fanbase; but his reward for it was Fred & Lee Grant. Never mind the recruitment though, I’ve always been baffled to what Utd fans truly want.

The war benefited Iran in at least one aspect: The overt attention given to Iran for the last 50 days has completely shattered the fabricated image that Israeli-affiliated media had crafted of the country for decades. Many people have now realized that: 1- Iran is not run by mad apocalyptic “mullahs". Many Iranian officials are sophisticated technocrats, steeped in political science, literature, mathematics, international relations, and philosophy. They hold PhDs and strong academic credentials from renowned universities, and have actually authored books on Immanuel Kant, negotiations and governance. In fact, they are much more sophisticated than their Western counterparts. For one, none of them ever appeared on the Epstein list. That is precisely why they do not have to bend or bow before Israel or its network of lobbies. 2- The Iranian people are proud and patriotic. They are willing to risk their lives by forming human chains around bridges and critical infrastructure to protect their homeland. They have never welcomed, and will never welcome, foreign intervention. Neighboring countries were mistaken in assuming they would need to close their borders to manage an influx of refugees fleeing war from Iran. Not only did Iranians refuse to flee the war zone, but many living abroad actually returned home by land once the conflict began. 3- Iran is a resilient nation that has endured decades of illegal sanctions, sadistic “maximum pressure” campaigns, covert operations, and outright war. It stood tall, relied solely on itself, and built a formidable military, industrial, and scientific base. By contrast, countries with far stronger economies are already complaining about the economic fallout from the closure of the Strait of Hormuz and are growing impatient. Iran withstood their sanctions for nearly fifty years, yet they cannot tolerate fifty days of reciprocal economic pressure. Hopefully this reality will force them to recognize the depravity of their past policies. 4- Iran is not a state sponsor of terrorism. Its only “sin” has been to be the sole country on Earth that has firmly, openly, and proudly stood up to Israeli apartheid and genocidal policies. That is the real source of all the demonization. 5- Iran did not squander money—or the brief proceeds from temporary sanctions relief—on destabilizing the region. It invested in infrastructure instead. The sheer number of hospitals, airports, petrochemical plants, railroads, bridges, ports, pharmaceutical factories, and universities targeted in the war reveals exactly where that money was spent. 6- Iran did not seek war. It pursued serious diplomacy, only to be betrayed on multiple occasions. The United States withdrew from the JCPOA and then attacked Iran twice while new negotiations were underway. All the smears claiming that Iran fails to honor its international commitments or is prone to lying and cheating are pure nonsense unsupported by empirical evidence. 7- Iran’s foreign policy is guided by values, principles, and national pride rather than materialist “cost-benefit” calculations. Understanding this is essential to reaching any genuine deal. Otherwise, within a narrow “cost-benefit” paradigm, Israeli experts and think tanks will continue to rush to portray Iran’s intentions as hostile—just as they have done for decades by relentlessly disseminating the falsehood that Iran is seeking to build nuclear weapons.

Nigerian capitalists won't say anything now o. 😂. Of course who wants to pay over 200k from Lagos to Owerri? 💁🏾 Awon capitalists without capital. The people I pity are those at the very bottom who join them to shout capitalism. They can subsidize flight tickets for them, but nobody is coming to subsidize Keke, Okada or Moule fares for you. Receive sense now!

Why do we deceive ourselves that we're in a rebuild when we average 4 key signings every summer? PSG in a rebuild made 11 signings.. Chelsea in a rebuild made 9 signings. Man City in a rebuild made 10 signings after the Saudi acquisition. Man United are just embarrassing..

You guys are being very unfair to Tunde. He chose to start this initiative to help many and it has had more impact than anyone could've expected. If he wants to start a business or grow his brand into a profitable venture, that does not cancel the impact of his work. He did not swear a vow of poverty. He did not put the children in the situation, instead he has taken many of them out who otherwise had no other option. He's just a guy. He has his own life. Anybody can also start their own initiative to impact those in need. Even if he benefits from doing it it still does not negate the impact of what he is doing.

Actions begets reactions and reactions beget even more reaction There was nothing in his "action" that warranted whatever reactions from the "mob" and when he clocked what the agenda was, the best thing to do was to call them what they don't like to be called He would have been wrong, and perhaps, regret coming to apologize or explain WHY HE HONOURED THE INVITATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF HIS COUNTRY insofar that's still the crux of the matter, every other things wouldn't matter, oga mi

There are 2 set of people that don't deserve to have an opinion on any other football professional. 1. If you supported Amorim, you have no right to have an opinion on Carrick. 2. If you supported Onana, you have no right to have an opinion on Lammenas.

Where are the Pro-Jihadist Pan-Africanists now that Turkey wants to build a Military Training Facility in Nigeria? Is Nigeria no longer a sovereign country? Has David Hundeyin and his squad of geniuses explained the geopolitical implications of this agreement to us? Have they found a way to connect it to the CIA and the IMF? When it is America, they come out with all kinds of conspiracy theories about how the West wants to steal our oil. How the West is responsible for our lack of electricity. How the West is sponsoring Boko Haram. How the West was indirectly responsible for the Miss World Massacre and the lynching of by Muslim extremists. What will they say now that it is Turkey? Nigeria, a country losing a war to Muslim terrorists is signing security agreements with a 99% Muslim country that has been repeatedly accused of sponsoring Muslim terrorists. Now we have Turkey, a 99% Muslim country that has been accused countless times of sponsoring jihadists across the world. We have Turkey, a 99% Muslim country that has a military base in Somt and has been accused of sponsoring All Shabab terrorists in Somalia. Now we have Turkey, a 99% Muslim country that has also been accused of sponsoring Boko Haram jihadists in Nigeria. In fact, illegal arms originating from Turkey have been intercepted in Nigeria twice. We all know there is no smoke without fire, and the absence of evidence is not always evidence of absence, especially when it comes to terrorist sponsors. Somehow, Nigeria, a country that has been plagued by Islamic terrorists for decades, decides to sign a security deal with Turkey again a 99% Muslim country that has been severally alleged to be sponsoring Islamic Terrorists. This is very suspicious, especially when you add it to the body language of this government toward jihadists. It is almost as if this government loves jihadists more than their victims and the security of this nation. They have a rehabilitation programme for jihadists, they spend billions on it, while their victims rot away in mass graves, IDP camps and terrorists captivity. They call them “prodigal sons,” “our brothers,” and “our clients.” They allow them to sack communities, kill, kidnap, and hold Nigerians captive for months without doing anything decisive. Boko Haram is currently holding more than 580 Nigerians captive for months, and our government has not been able to stage a rescue. Some are in Kwara and others in parts the North. But our pro-terrorist Pan-Africanists Like David Hundeyin who went to sign a condolence register for the Islamic Supreme Leader of the terrorist regime in Iran have gone silent. So it is acceptable for Turkey, whose president misrepresents Nigeria as an “Islamic Republic,” to train our soldiers and build a training camp in Nigeria. But when it is America, there must be an ulterior and sinister motive attached to it. We must be careful with the new crop of Pan-Africanists who believe it is acceptable for Islamic jihadists to kill everyone in Africa as long as the West stays out. We might have another big problem on our hands.
