Western uni campuses were excessively woke in the 2010s. I’m not sure when and where you studied but it was like the end of history stuff out there. Everything was oppression Olympics, who is the most oppressed, whose identity means they deserve the most favours and entitlements etc. Everyone was super sensitive and being politically incorrect got you cancelled. Eve past political incorrectness got you cancelled lol. In this environment a conservative prophet arose: Charlie Kirk. He basically became the face of student conservatism, pushing back against wokes. He was the youngest member of the “Intellectual Dark Web” and appeared on podcasts with Joe Rogan and Dave Rubin talking about how liberals and leftists didn’t even let you talk anymore. After that as he got older and after he graduated, he just became a bigger conservative activist. Devoutly Christian and all that. His whole schtick was going to college campuses and debating leftist kids and flipping that up and going viral. That’s what he was dying when he was murdered. By the time he died he was a pretty big TikTok influencer and Trump supporter. For Americans I can see why his death was a where were you when it happened moment.

As someone who came to know about Charlie Kirk only when he was shot, can someone explain why he was a big deal?

Dhurandhar 1 was a semi-goofy action film once you strip out the nationalist stuff from it Dhurandhar 2 is honestly more of a parody of what nationalist propaganda in India ends up looking like w zero restraint
