@KOKO_Networks. Hi I'm not able to refill my canister at your koko points as I'm receiving an error message. This started on the first day of purchase when the fuel was not going into the cooker and was adviced to long press the canister by your agent.

@KOKO_Networks good morning, I paid ksh. 200 for refill of a canister at Joska area on 23rd Nov 2022.
They sent away the person id sent saying I'm not an account holder and now my money is stuck. Can I get a refund or is there a way the canister can be refilled?

Deforestation is primarily driven by charcoal burning. KOKO manufactures low-cost cookstoves that run efficiently on liquid bioethanol, driving the switch from forest destroying charcoal to a modern, sustainable cooking fuel. I urge Uasin Gishu residents to adapt this technology.
