Forcing myself to stay in a packed A+E today when I had a feeling it was bad reflux from surgical breathing tube as it had caused a tight chest was a bad move, it was! It was that busy, non patients were made to stand in waiting area, was like hot seats! Never ever seen it b4!

Why is cleaning the big bathroom such a shite job (clogged drains/beard trim/toilet 🤢) but you get major satisfaction when it's done, like woah! It can be THIS clean! (For 15 mins at least) #bathroomclean #shitejobs

2 weeks is done on @SlimFast a total of 3.5lbs lost, my visceral fat score went down as did my body fat and all the good stuff. I have reset my body clock to eat when hungry and no other time! Goal weight here I come!

My 2 weeks on @SlimFast has come to an end. 2 week weigh in tomorrow and hopefully another lb or 2 lost! Belly rumbles are real, but I have learnt to stick to a schedule based on real hunger which I never knew after snacking all day, until now! #slimfast #weightloss #newme
