The French and the Italians both know how magical eggs and cream can be when they interact in the oven.
This is a simple frittata that turned out looking Michelin.
Recipe: butter or grease the ramekin first. Scramble 2 eggs and 1 tbs cream per ramekin. Add your favorite ingredients and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Do not overfill.
