@lecreuset Awful company.... sent off everything requested under their lifetime guarantee request in an email... zero response.... just tried to call... 45 minutes on helpline and no response... would not recommend the company for customer service

@herkypow @suunto Suunto UK are a poor company for service.... sent my watch in .... they fitted a faulty battery which killed my watch and then tried to sell me a replacement... I have several of their product and would never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone...appalling service

@suunto I want to comment that a few day ago my recordings in the app stop showing the route on the map, could you advise me?
Is it a battery problem?
Is it config problem?
I'm using only gps from watch & Phone, no route recording

Remember, in the UK @Ofcom changed their rules so that the vaccine's efficacy could NOT be called into question.
So when me, and others, tried to tell the truth to the public we were criticised, attacked, hated and lost all our WORK. Relationships were ruined.
