🍽️ Food Safety Inspection Drive Establishment: KS Bakers Private Limited 📍 Chintal 📅 10.07.2026 As part of routine food safety inspections across Cyberabad, CMC Food Safety teams inspected KS Bakers Private Limited. ✅ Good Practices • Ready-to-sell and raw food items were properly covered and labelled with preparation and use-by dates • Food handlers were wearing uniforms and hairnets • Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items stored separately with proper labelling • Dustbins fitted with automatic closing lids • Medical fitness certificates, pest control records, water testing reports, and cleaning schedule records were available • FIFO and FEFO practices followed for stored food items • FSSAI Licence and Trade Licence displayed at the premises ⚠️ Key Observations • FSSAI licence for transportation vehicles was not available during inspection • Food-grade certificates for packaging materials and internal audit reports were not maintained at the premises 🛠️ Action Taken • The Food Business Operator (FBO) has been instructed to rectify the identified deficiencies. 📋 Hygiene Assessment 🏆 105/110 Marks (96%) Safe Food. Kitchens inspected before customers ever walk in. Ingredients checked at every stage. A standard we hold ourselves to whether or not anyone's watching. Every inspection makes us better. It's a reminder that food safety isn't a one-time effort, it's a daily commitment from everyone on our team, from the bakers to the folks running quality checks.
