2014 के पहले का #भोजशाला मंदिर के लिए संघर्ष !! …आज हिंदुत्व की विचारधारा सत्ता में है और सोशल मीडिया भी प्रभावी बना है ! परंतु प्रत्यक्ष ज़मीनी स्तर पर काम करनेवाले कार्यकर्ताओं की संख्या सीमित ही है, पर सोशल मीडिया के कारन अपने फ़ॉलोवर्स के सामने “उँगली काट कर स्वयं को क्रांतिकारी घोषित करनेवालों”की संख्या अधिक मात्रा में बढ़ी है । अर्थात् हमारा उनसे कोई बैर नहीं है! पर इतिहास की वास्तविकता को जानना ज़रूरी है । #धार के #भोजशाला मन्दिर के लिए 2014 से पहले भी लड़नेवाले थे, और उनमें श्री नवल किशोर शर्मा जी का नाम अग्रस्थान पर था । आज के पीढ़ी के लिए भोजशाला का एक फोटो और नवल किशोर जी का 2013 का वीडियो पोस्ट कर रहा हूँ, जिससे वह इस संघर्ष को समझ सके !!

The Counsel for the Union of India informed the Hon'ble Court that Blocking Orders had been issued to X for blocking the Tweets/posts made by Rana Ayyub. The Counsel for X submitted that the said Orders had been complied with. The Counsel for Respondent No. 4, Rana Ayyub, contended that since the prayer had already been met, the present Petition had become infructuous. However, I submitted before the Hon'ble Court that my prayer had not been met, as I had sought removal and disablement of the posts, whereas the posts had merely been withheld and blocked in India. I further submitted that the posts can still be viewed outside India and can even be accessed within India through the use of a VPN. We have been permitted to file a Rejoinder to the Counter Affidavits filed by all the Respondents. A high-level delegation of @SurajyaAbhiyan met #Maharashtra's Transport Minister, @PratapSarnaik, to address the rampant exploitation of commuters by private bus operators and surge pricing issues of online bus ticket booking aggregators. 📍 Key Outcomes of the Meeting : 🔹 New Legislation : To stop the "loot" during festivals, holidays, elections etc., the State Government will try and introduce a new law in the upcoming session to regulate private bus fares and the online bus ticket booking platforms strictly. 🔹 Crackdown on Illegal Apps : The delegation pushed for action against 18 illegal aggregator apps (like @redBus_in, @makemytrip @goibibo, @rapidobikeapp, etc.) operating without proper permits. The Minister has taken serious note of the @RtoPune’s recommendations to block these platforms. 🔹 Inclusion in Governance : In a major move, a new State Committee will be formed to study private bus fare overcharging issues, featuring members from Surajya Abhiyan. 🔹 Naming Compliance : The Minister issued immediate orders to rectify outdated place names (e.g., updating Osmanabad to Dharashiv) on private travel apps and portals to ensure they align with official government records. 🔹 @msrtcofficial & #BEST Reforms: 🔸 Orders issued to replace defunct phone lines at depots with functional Toll-Free numbers. 🔸 Commitment to correct spelling and grammatical errors in #Marathi notices within ST and BEST buses. While assuring that the 2% passenger surcharge is being used for cleaner stations and better staff facilities, the minister lauded the selfless research and persistent efforts of Surajya Abhiyan in improving the state's transport ecosystem.
