I got a kick out of the latest scam attempt. Now they're going after my outlining. Seriously I've never written a book called Outlining.

This season has been disappointing according to our standards. It’s been frustrating and even puzzling for many Today, Kentucky has a chance to right some wrongs and make us forget most of that I love Mark Pope and who he is. I really hope that happens today for him, especially

@LockedOnUK I don't think it's that nefarious. "Not allowed to play" because of injury, of course.

I like Mark Pope. I honestly believe he loves the program, the players, and the fans, even when they give him a hard time. I really want him to do well here, and I’d love for him to be here a couple more years at least to see what he can do. It’s nice to have a coach who truly loves the school he represents. That may or may not bring high success…I hope it does.

Been sitting here reading comments about @KentuckyMBB & @CoachMarkPope while watching NCAA. Opinions are all over board. Most of you know I like Pope, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I believe in him. For me, he represents so much that I want in a coach. Still do.

@chrisbrewer10 You really don’t know the history. He had a lot more than 2 bad games. His teams underperformed in 2016 (2nd round), 2018 (blew the easiest FF path ever) and 2019 (lost to Auburn when they were down a starter & had beaten them by 30 a month earlier). We are not unhappy he’s gone.

“Cal was horrible his last 5 years!” “Cal inherited a great program from Muss!” Context: Over those last 5 years John Calipari’s SEC record 62-27 Eric Musselman’s SEC record 47-42. Point: Cal was not terrible. His team had 2 bad games in the tourney.

@chrisbrewer10 The year before Cal got to Arkansas the Razorbacks didn't make the Tournament. 2 of his last 3 years at Kentucky were good seasons (2 & 3 Seeds) with disappointing 1st Round losses.

I'm glad Cal is doing well at Arkansas, and congrats on the SEC championship. You can only really understand the Cal situation if you were there with the team all those years. I attended a lot of UK games, traveling to IU for that first team with John Wall, Boogie, and Patterson back in 2009. What a time to be a KY fan! 2012, of course, was amazing! Over the years, Cal went into a decline. It could have been boredom, the pressure, the insane KY fans...or, Cal cares more about the name on the back of the jersey, not the front. Fair enough. Those last couple 1st round losses coupled with Cal's comments about the SEC tournament were tough to handle for even the most mild-mannered KY fan like myself. The coaching change was made. It is what it is. I like Pope's attitude a lot better, that's for sure. Can he win consistently? I don't know, my friend. We shall see.

@KentuckyF34638 I know Jelavic has had his good moments, but he is probably the biggest disappointment for me, TBH. I really thought he was going to light it up after seeing him play in the EU. Seems like he's playing tight to me.

Authors, when promoting your book, what has brought you the most readers so far? Social media? Word of mouth? Events? Or something unexpected? Let’s share experiences.

@BigBlueBud I personally do not mind this. People are complaining about him now for having a terrible season, so if I were him, I'd try to do whatever is possible to get the team ready for Friday.

Well apparently this is a big deal or something, so, does it matter to you that Mark Pope & team hasn’t done any media since the Selection Show?

Mark Pope on why the team made the decision to watch the selection show privately, setting the tone to have "the best possible chance to make a magical run": "I felt it was really important that it was just our team, just our locker room. It's the only moment we've had the entire season where it's just been us. It gave us an evening to have some very personal, private conversations. To take a moment of what they've endured so far this year."

I don't think people realize how much indie authors do. We write, we edit, we market, we get the covers made, we deal with social media, and so much more. We are built different to be able to do this!

@JamesDmichael I have two beta readers that I pulled from my mailing list. They are great. I picked one person of Fiverr who I pay who is also great. The paid person has more of a commitment to turn around things faster. They are all very good. So, I use both free readers and one paid.

Do people charge for BETA readers? Or is it something they do out of the kindness of their hearts? I honestly have no idea.
