Checking in with yourself is an important daily habit. When you have the skill to regularly check in with yourself, you begin to see patterns, and it’s these patterns that help you make better decisions.

When leaders keep rescuing the process, teams start depending on the rescue. That feels helpful in the short term. In the long term, it turns you into the system.

If you want better output from AI, stop obsessing over prompts and start building context. A 2nd brain gives your AI access to: • Your ideas • Your patterns • Your decisions • Your language • Your priorities Better context leads to better answers. Simple as that.

Most business owners don't need more hours. They need their hours in better places. A consultant I worked with mapped her 50-hour week into 5 buckets. Turns out 25 hours went to operations that ran fine. 3 hours went to customer follow-ups that directly drove revenue. The math wasn't hard. The habit change was.

"It's easy to get so caught up in the day-to-day that we don't pull back enough." Eric Collett nailed it. The leaders who scale aren't the ones working harder. They're the ones who slow down long enough to see what's not working.

Had a call with a law firm owner today. Nine people. Almost everything is manual. She doesn't want to cut staff. She wants to stop hiring. AI isn't replacing her team. It's giving them back 20 hours a week so they can do the work that actually matters.

Everyone’s going to have an AI assistant, but not everybody’s going to build it to be a mentor, helper, friend, guide, etc. This is where you can really shine as a human: develop AI that supports your goals and is also delightful. Develop this skill, and watch your career grow.

Talked to a physician who uses AI for email. Works great. But his AI keeps booking meetings when he's in surgery. Why? His patient calendar and meeting calendar don't sync. The AI isn't broken. The systems are disconnected. This is the real problem with AI adoption right now.

The big banks are trying to kill @saylor and @strategy. They aren’t going to give up without a fight. I can’t blame them. They think they’re right. Little do they know they are fighting a losing battle. The network is too strong. I’m buying 3 shares on Monday morning.

@KateBour I feel you. I’ve built products that people didn’t want and it hurt. Those lessons have been vital to my success.

Did you spend weeks or months building something no one wants? Congrats 👏 This is a rite of passage for every first time founder Even smart people need to get kicked in the teeth by the market before you realize how important it is to talk to customers It’s not about asking them what you should build They usually dont know But you need to dig into their problems so you can build solutions they actually want to buy When you solve bigger problems, you earn bigger paydays. Ya feel me?

Your Team Lacks Exposure to Customer Problems Your team doesn't lack empathy. They lack exposure. When your employees never hear directly from customers, they're solving problems in the dark.

China just turned the night sky into a masterpiece of precision and intelligence. 🌌 What struck me most about this is how seamlessly innovation turns into art. A drone show in Chongqing just broke the Guinness World Record with 11,787 synchronized drones, creating breathtaking 3D animations that looked closer to CGI than real life. No human pilots. No delays. No crashes. Every movement guided by AI and GPS, choreographed with perfect timing. To me, this is far more than a light show. It’s a glimpse into how technology, creativity, and coordination can merge to shape a new era of expression and innovation. When intelligence takes flight, it doesn’t just illuminate the sky — it redefines what’s possible. Could this be the moment where technology begins to turn the world itself into its stage? #AI #Innovation #Technology #Drones #Automation #Creativity #China #Engineering #FutureOfWork #DigitalArt Credits: longliveai
