@KSwemba Sure!! I’m gf and dairy free. There’s some great options out there!! Lots of gf alternatives like gf bread and df cheese. For Mac n cheese just use gf pasta, chickpea is the best and use nutritional yeast for the sauce!!

@KSwemba It's not a "meal" buy Daiya Foods makes a DELICIOUS cheesecake that is both gluten free and dairy free (also soy-free). It comes in many different flavors, but I like their NY style the best with my own toppings. (I like their cheese too, but they're no match for real cheese).
