@Bethyo Right. There are a lot of little lessons learned along the way that make a big difference.

@KT_Erickson I've done both but am currently just on team trad. What I wished I'd known? Hmm. I learned a lot as I went, but it would've been nice to know how to use "track changes" in a Word document before I started back in '12.

@RenaSartain Too many! I build playlists for a project as I'm starting the worldbuilding. They become soundtracks that cue creativity in that world. I predominantly write fantasy, so my #WIP playlist's full of moody/folky instrumental music and movie-comp sound soundtracks.

@NSchaeffer27 I'm currently plotting with Scapple after I used it to organize my #wip magic system. I build a column of plot point notes next to a column of event description notes. Then I move events around, color code by pov, and link with arrows, etc. Stoked about how it's going.

Hey #WritingCommunity any recommendations on best program to help with plotting your novel? Thinking about trying Milanote but open to suggestions!

@alexkeown Kettlebell swings, deadlift, bodyweight single leg deadlift, stuff that strengthens the back, glutes, and hamstrings. I started super light and primarily worked on range of motion and stability muscles.

@KT_Erickson posterior chain strength? Can you elaborate? Stretching is definitely something that relieves it, as does wearing a shoe with good arch support

Anybody ever dealt with plantar fasciitis? Every Thursday after fencing that calcified spot in my foot gives me issues. I've started wearing a compression sock to lift the arch, but I think I need more help. Any ideas?
