His name was Srinivas Kuchibhotla. Born in Hyderabad. His parents called him Srinu. He came to America in 2006 for his master's. Graduated with a 3.85 GPA. Worked his way up from software engineer to aviation programs manager at Garmin in Kansas. His manager said one thing about him. Top of his class kind of guy. He built a home in Kansas with his wife. Painted the walls himself. Installed the garage door himself. A few weeks before he died, they had a doctor's appointment. They were trying to start a family. He would have turned 33 on March 9. On February 22 2017, he and his friend Alok stopped at a bar after work to watch a basketball game. An ordinary Wednesday evening. A man there had been watching them for weeks. Told others they looked like terrorists. That night, he walked up to their table. Poked Srinivas in the chest. Demanded to know their immigration status. Shouted get out of my country. Other patrons threw him out. He drove home. Got his gun. Changed his shirt so nobody would recognise him. Came back. He fired eight rounds. Srinivas died that night. As the killer fled, he told someone he had just killed two Iranians. Srinivas was Indian. From Hyderabad. Eleven years in America. Not one complaint against him. Not one rule broken. His mother had asked him many times to come back if he ever felt unsafe. He always told her he was safe. His body came home to Hyderabad in a coffin. His mother wailed as it was carried through the streets in a flower laden carriage. She said she would not allow her younger son to go back to America. His father said whatever was destined has happened. The killer got three life sentences. Srinivas got a funeral at 32. He did everything right. Degree. Visa. Job. Taxes. Never raised his voice at anyone. None of it was enough. His name was Srinivas Kuchibhotla. Every Indian in the US deserves to know it.

@KTreveals Wow indeed! I have been to temples which don't have any visible deity but they at least have a linga form, I haven't been to a temple so far which have no form to take a darshan of. The level of devotion needed to see the divine in a doorway is inspirational.

The Nashik #TCS Jihad Case: You know how the women were groomed? One of the victim's family members told me how this woman was slowly manipulated into following Islamic practices. How? 1. This once modern girl, who used to wear jeans and short clothes, started wearing full-sleeve salwar suits. 2. The face cover she used to protect herself from the sun began to be tied like a hijab. 3. During the 40-day Ramadan period, she would tell her family that she would have lunch at the office and would come home only to lock herself in her room. She would then eat at a specific time. 4. She stopped going to the temple, stopped putting a tilak on her forehead, and started using words like "InshaAllah". 5. She goes to the prayer room in the office and allegedly offers Namaz a number of times a day. 6. Offering namaz would get her a raise and not the pooja. Also, she was asked to stop wearing lipstick and follow Islamic practices. Later, it came out that she was being manipulated by Tousif Attar, Danish Sheikh, and Nida Khan in the office. When confronted, she said Danish loved her blindly and that she would do anything for him. It was only after her family showed her pictures with other women that she broke down and complained. Otherwise, she was even okay with converting to Islam. Even after knowing about the marriage of Danish, she was ok with it. She had come to believe that the Shivling was a genital, that Kanha (Krishna) was a womaniser, and that Draupadi was a woman of loose character. Such shallow knowledge of our own religion makes our daughters vulnerable to this propaganda. The strong conviction about Jannat and Jahannum is another such factor. Anyway, the TCS case has triggered so much outrage only because it happened in a big city, in a big corporate office, a place where no one had imagined it could occur. It’s not always the illiterate people who fall for Jihad; it’s the so-called educated elites as well. I spoke at length about the TCS case as well as other such patterns with @PramaTimes. Attaching the link to the conversation in my next tweet, also watch and share. Sharing a chunk here:

One really big problem is see in our bowling is constantly bowling in the slot even after knowing you cannot swing. We are constantly giving them room to pull. Hardly going for Yorkers at all phases of game. Finding it difficult to nail yorkers as well. Something to ponder upon #cskvsdc

Intent is the problem… @Ruutu1331 is best suited at 3 this season. He can easily connect the balls well but i dont see the intent. Is he saving himself till the end? If yes, why? What’s the need? Captaincy pressure? Could see him struggle with bat and take pretty weird decisions since then. Cant afford experimenting matches. @ChennaiIPL #cskvsdc

Nashik IT Jihad: The MNC where the entire conversion gang was active is TCS. The accused in the case are Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, and Tausif Attar. All nine victims are Hindus. Here's what they told the police: 1. Danish Shaikh grabbed this woman in the office lobby, embarrassing her in front of everyone. Later, he lured her into a physical relationship and pressured her to convert for nikah. Supporting him in this trap was Nida Khan. 2. Raza and Shahrukh abused this woman, made vulgar comments about her marriage, and attempted to molest her. Her complaints to the seniors were met with no response. 3. Shafi Shaikh would stare at this woman’s breasts and smile awkwardly. He would comment on her marriage and their alleged inability to have a child, asking her to sleep with him to have a baby. 4. Tousif would stare at this woman’s chest, point at her private parts, and make shameless comments about them. He would also abuse Hindu deities. 5. Tausif, Danish, and Shahrukh abused this woman, forced her to offer namaz, and made her eat non-vegetarian food against her wishes. 6. Asif and Shafi touched this woman’s chest and thighs and abused Hindu deities in front of her. 7. Tausif and others followed this woman outside the office, attempted to touch her, abused her, and made vulgar comments. 8. Raza and Shafi touched the woman. Raza proposed to her against her will and forced her to come into a relationship with him. 9. Shafi made obscene comments about her body. They would talk about her private life in the office. Raza and Tausif would talk about this woman’s personal life, touch her, and talk about her body in an obscene manner. All of these women were brave enough to speak out about it. But do you think only they were the targets? Surely there would have been more. An SIT has been formed to investigate the matter. After the truth broke out that the MNC is TCS, protestors reached its office and raised slogans. Watch:

@KTreveals @Priya_Kruthi Sadhna is always sakaam, it's the karma to get deities favour. But in todays world no guru is real or potent & they just tell mantras without any siddhi or raksha, which actually destroys lives of people who start chanting, as it attract so many evil energies who suck your life.

Sometimes I am very tempted to do some intense sadhanas to achieve material things. I begin and then feel if I am doing sadhana it should be unconditional and to reach the lord. I am always stuck in this.

@KTreveals @Lakshmisudha1 @SadhguruJV Many spiritual traditions still exist in India like Ramakrishna /Sharada/Shankaracharya missions where men/women do take Sanyas Sadhguru is from Siddhar traditions, who usually kept these methods to small groups because of their potency Only he has dared to take them to masses-

Was at a family event couple of weeks ago and few elder ppl were discussing the topic of @SadhguruJV came up. They were discussing about “brainwashing," and "cults." I tried sharing my own experiences, but they were too skeptic…

Our family guru keeps telling not to do sadhana with any desire. Guru only will give you what is needed at right time. Which we were able to see working as far as our logical mind could. But natural human instinct we all keep desiring something subconsciously. Maybe as we grow we drop it

We arrogantly look down on those who leave the “rat race”, but the real question is: Who is actually brainwashed? The high-achievers who consciously walked away from a system to pursue profound inner growth, or the rest of us blindly chasing material success just because society conditioned us to?
