Welcome to the park of what once felt impossible. The real question was never whether we could build it... but whether we were ready for what it could become. Step into the UPGRADE. Made with sugar + spice + all things nice by Creative Upgrade™ by Final Upgrade AI

POV: the task was meant to be faster because “you have AI now” …except no one actually showed you how to use it. That’s not a capability issue. That’s a rollout issue. At Final Upgrade AI, we get it. Buying the tool ≠ building the skill to use it. Choose the UPGRADE. Build real AI capability. Made with sugar + spice + all things nice by Creative Upgrade™ by Final Upgrade AI.

SpaceX is about to shatter the largest IPO record in history. Not by a little. By more than double. The previous record was $29 billion. SpaceX is targeting $75 billion. Two months ago the number was $50 billion. Last week it was $70 billion. Now $75 billion. The filing has not even happened yet. Every time the market recalculates what SpaceX actually is, the answer gets bigger. Goldman Sachs. JPMorgan. Bank of America. Morgan Stanley. All lined up as underwriters. Target date: mid-June 2026. Target valuation: $1.75 trillion. That would make SpaceX larger than Meta. Larger than Tesla. Larger than every company on Earth except five. This is not some startup bleeding cash and calling it strategy. SpaceX made $8 billion in profit last year on $16 billion in revenue. They do not need the money. They are raising it because what comes next costs more than profit can fund at the speed they intend to move. Musk: “There just is no way to do a terawatt per year on Earth.” He ran the math on stage with Jensen Huang. Three hundred gigawatts of AI compute per year would consume two-thirds of all US electricity production. Not total energy. Just electricity. And three hundred gigawatts is not even the target. A terawatt is. More than three times that. Building enough power plants is not difficult. It is not expensive. It is physically impossible. Musk: “You have to do that in space.” Not should. Not could. Have to. Earth does not have the power. Cannot build it fast enough. Cannot cool the hardware. Not within a decade. Not at all. The bottleneck is not silicon. Not software. Not data. It is the planet itself. Musk: “You don’t actually need batteries because it’s always sunny in space. And the solar panels become cheaper because you don’t need glass or framing. And the cooling is just radiative.” No batteries. No night cycle. No weather. Just uninterrupted solar hitting bare panels in a vacuum. Heat dissipates on its own. Huang: “Each one of these GB300 racks is two tons. 1.95 of it is probably for cooling.” Ninety-seven percent of the weight of a supercomputer rack exists to keep it from overheating. Move it to space and that weight vanishes. The machine shrinks to something small enough to launch by the thousands. Running on free energy. Cooled by nothing. Musk: “I think even perhaps in the four or five year time frame, the lowest cost way to do AI compute will be with solar-powered AI satellites.” Not fifty years. Not twenty. Five. The cheapest AI compute on Earth will not be on Earth. It will be in orbit. And only one company can put it there at the cost and cadence required. That is what the market is pricing. Not a rocket company. The only organization on Earth capable of moving intelligence infrastructure off of it. Huang heard the pitch. The math. The timeline. Huang: “That’s the dream.” Musk: “Yes.” A trillion watts of compute. Powered by the Sun. Cooled by space. Launched by SpaceX. Every company building AI on the ground is building under the same ceiling. The atmosphere.

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: 𝗜𝗥𝗔𝗡 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗝𝗗 𝗩𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗦 𝗨𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥 This is a remarkable development in the Iran war endgame — and it tells you everything about where things actually stand. Iranian representatives have passed word through back channels that they do not want to negotiate with Steve Witkoff or Jared Kushner — and would prefer to engage directly with Vice President JD Vance. The perception inside Tehran is that Vance would be more intent on wrapping up the conflict. "The perception is that Vance would be intent on ending the war," one regional source told CNN. Turkey is reportedly mediating, with sources claiming the US has asked Ankara to facilitate talks between Vance and Iranian parliament speaker Ghalibaf — though Iran has not yet formally responded. Why Vance? Because Iran has been watching. Trump himself acknowledged this week that he and Vance were "philosophically, a little bit different" on the Iran war. "I think he was maybe less enthusiastic about going," Trump said — while making clear there were no actual disagreements between them. Before the war began, Vance publicly called himself "a skeptic of foreign military interventions" and said he preferred the diplomatic option. Iran read that. They want the most war-skeptical senior American at the table. Vance already spoke by phone Monday with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu about the negotiation framework. Netanyahu said Trump believes the military achievements can be leveraged to secure all war objectives through an agreement — and that any deal must safeguard Israel's interests. The picture taking shape: a possible in-person meeting in Islamabad or Ankara this week. A 15-point US plan already delivered through Pakistan. April 9 floated as a potential end date. Iran offering a "significant prize" related to the Strait of Hormuz as a goodwill gesture. And Hegseth and Gen. Caine — the two men most disappointed about talks — still deploying 1,000 more troops from the 82nd Airborne to the region even as diplomacy accelerates. Trump is running both tracks simultaneously. Maximum military pressure. Maximum diplomatic leverage. And now putting his most credible peace-skeptic face at the table — precisely because that's who the other side trusts. I'm going to make some obvious points. (1) Blowing up all the oil infrastructure in the Middle East is an insane idea, and may well result in a global economic crash and humanitarian crisis unrivaled in the lives of those now living. We're talking about the price of everything everywhere rising, from food to gas, at a moment when inflation was already high. All of that will be laid at the feet of the authors of this war. (2) The antebellum status quo of Feb 27, 2026 was just not that bad, but we're unlikely to return to it. Expect indefinite, long-term, ongoing disruptions to everything out of the Middle East. (3) Also assume tech financing crashes for the indefinite future. The genius plan to get the Gulf states caught in the crossfire has incinerated much of the funding for LPs, for datacenters, and for IPOs. Anyone in tech who supported this war may soon learn the meaning of "force majeure" as funding gets yanked. (4) Many capital allocators will instead be allocating much further down Maslow's hierarchy of needs, towards useful basic things like food and energy. (5) It's fortunate that all those progressives yelled about the "climate crisis." Yes, their reasoning about timelines was wrong, and much of the money was wasted in graft, but the result was right: we all need energy independence from the Middle East, pronto. It's also fortunate that Elon and China autistically took climate seriously. Now they're going to need to ship a billion solar panels, electric vehicles, batteries, nuclear power plants, and the like to get everyone off oil, immediately. (6) It's not just an oil and gas problem, of course. It's also a fertilizer problem, and a chemical precursor problem. Maybe some new sources will come online at the new prices, but it takes time to dial stuff up, particularly at this scale, so shortages are almost a certainty. That said, China has actually scaled up coal-to-chemicals[a,c] (C2C), and there's also something more sci-fi called Power-to-X[b] which turns arbitrary power + water + air into hydrocarbons. But all of that will need to get accelerated. I have a background in chemical engineering so may start funding things in this area. (7) Ultimately, this war is going to result in tremendous blame for anyone associated with it. It's a no-win scenario to blow up this much infrastructure for so many people. Simply not worth it for whatever objective they thought they were going to attain. But unless you're actually in a position to stop the madness, the pragmatic thing to do is: scramble to mitigate the fallout to yourself, your business, and your people. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if infrastructure like this 👇 gets blown up, as of this moment it will take at least a decade to recover from this war - and the truth is that the world's energy picture is probably changed forever. This single facility 👇produced roughly 20% of global LNG supply (aljazeera.com/news/2026/3/18…) and, as of 2011, had taken $70 billion to build (energyintel.com/0000017b-a7be-…). What makes this even worse is that Iran's strike on this was retaliation after Israel attacked their South Pars gas field which draws from the same natural gas reservoir, which is the world's largest by far (9,700 km² - about the size of Qatar itself). Heck, on the list of the 25 largest natural gas fields (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_n…) this single reservoir holds roughly 40% of their combined recoverable reserves - and is nearly 6 times bigger than the 2nd biggest field in the world. And, unlike many of the others on the list, it's only at 10% depletion (meaning 90% of the gas is still there). Which means that, probably for many years, a huge share of the gas from the world's largest reservoir simply won't be extractable, as infrastructure on both sides - Qatar's and Iran's - has now been blown up. From a global energy supply perspective, we're deep into worst-case scenario territory.

At the end of the day, you cannot expect to get 100s of billions of investments from the GCC, then turn around & use the GCC as collateral damage... Folks are underestimating just how smart, forward thinking & dynamic the leadership is... Especially in the UAE 🇦🇪 They've always emerged stronger after every shock... people who are saying the UAE, the Gulf is dead, etc... are going to be on the wrong side of history
