Hey @enterprisecares I've been stuck for two days because my rental vehicle is having mechanical problems. I've talked to at least 9 agents, including one who tried to get me to drive to Canada to exchange my vehicle. Can you help?

@enterprisecares yes, i've sent you info via DM. However, after multiple days of dealing with Enterprise's roadside assistance, I am still stuck in a hotel with a broken rental car and 8 hours from home.
